Applause IT provide specialist IT Recruitment solutions to IT and tech departments across the UK.

Applause IT required a new responsive site to reflect their social recruiting stance in the marketplace with the option to send information to recruiters directly, and give users access to a chatbot at any time of the day.

They wanted to showcase their recruiters as the face of the business with each consultant’s sector strength identified so that candidates and clients alike would recognise this. In addition, a streamlined site which outlines their services to clients and candidates with typical expectations of each sector they work within was high on the priority list.

Our approach:

HeadRed stepped up to meet the requirements by providing Applause IT with a bespoke and dynamic site with excellent usability for both the user and the content manager which goes above and beyond the standard recruitment website. This helps in their position as leaders in the digital and IT recruitment world. Not only is it a dynamic and responsive build, but with it comes its eye-catching design.

What keeps this site current is that the jobs section of the site is auto-fed from their external software which ensures that the jobs are constantly fresh and up-to-date.
