The Brief.

Applause IT is a recruitment agency in the West Midlands who specialise in sourcing quality candidates for IT jobs across the UK. With their vast experience and expertise, the team at Applause continues to help hundreds of brands across a diverse range of sectors. Applause IT required a new website design that could promote their excellent marketplace reputation with improved functionality for sharing information between candidate and recruiter. They also wanted to give users access to a chatbot at any time of day.

HeadRed worked with Applause IT to meet all requirements of the brief, delivering a bespoke and responsive website that goes above and beyond a standard recruitment site. The dynamic design is eye-catching and on-brand whilst delivering excellent usability for both the user and content manager. An integrated job feed keeps the website up to date with the latest listings and an automated chatbot provides first class client and candidate management.
