Coventry-based ParentPay is the market leader in cashless school online payment systems. Since its inception in 2002, the company has used innovative technology to change how educational institutions operate and now manages regular online payments from the parents of students at 11,000 UK schools.
With parent engagement and meal payment software platforms Schoolcomms and Cypad building on the success of the original ParentPay offering, the client reached out to agencies for help redesigning all three of its websites. Increased market share, more high-quality traffic and better cross-selling opportunities formed a large part of their brief, and we knew we had what was required to meet all of these objectives.
From minute one, our designers and developers worked tirelessly to provide the ParentPay team with three stylish, user-friendly and easy-to-use websites that fully reflected the company’s established place in the market.
The HeadRed team updated each site with intuitive navigation, responsive design, multiple conversion touch-points and eye-catching visuals to boost brand awareness, acquire more high-quality leads and increase conversion rates. The light-hearted, accessible design was perfect for every type of user and successfully bridged the gap between parents and schools. We also set up a sophisticated, WordPress-based ‘digital ecosystem’ from which to build and manage these respective web locations, with future scope for the client to make changes whenever necessary.
The project was completed on time and to brief, leaving behind three websites that maintained their individual brand identities while being a recognisable part of the ParentPay family.
